Document creation - text tags

Hello! Thank you so much for keeping this project alive, we are using it more every day!

I have two questions:

a) how do I create a link to other pages inside the same document? (i.e. a link on the page n°002 "Table of Contents" takes you directly to page n°004, etc)

b) how do I get the Character Tag {me} to also display the player's surname?

And I've just replied to your first question on Curse x) I should reorder my bookmarks so I come here first   
You can find my answer on Curse, but short story, you can't do it. I like the idea and will see what can be done for Total RP 3.

For your second question, you can use 'nom' (french for name) to use the full name of a character (and 'nomt' to add the title).
