[FIXED] Unable to create states

I've updated, I've reinstalled, I've completely uninstalled, losing all my states and background info. So as far as I can tell it's a bug, so here's the report. Hope it helps.

Yep, it's a known issue. It will be fixed soon.
When you are having a bug, please try not to touch at your WTF folder, or at least it really is the solution, the only one. It makes me so sad when people tell me they lost their stuff because they tried to delete WTF folder to fix a bug
Also, you can use a free cloud hosting service like Dropbox or Google Drive to back up your files. Move the files starting with totalRP2_ in the folder WTF/Your_Account/SavedVariables (the ones ending with .lua not .bak) in the cloud every now and then so you can download a backup if something happens.
